Dignity Champions
Dignity is something that we are very passionate about at The Limes. We believe that all care provided should be person-centered and carried out with compassion and empathy. We believe that each and every person should be treated with Dignity at all times.
We celebrate and raise awareness of Dignity Day every year by holding different activities. The activities that we have held in the past can be seen here.
Almost all staff members, ranging from care staff to office staff, are now Dignity Champions; being a Dignity Champion means that they promote Dignity in every way possible in the role that they do. Each staff member knows of and dedicates themselves to following the "The Ten Dignity Do's" which are highlighted by Dignity in Care.
